STEP 1
Grind the washed liver in a blender.
STEP 2
In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients except mayonnaise. Beat with a mixer. The dough should turn out like for pancakes.
STEP 3
Bake pancakes from the prepared dough. Then coat each pancake with mayonnaise and stack them on top of each other in layers.
STEP 4
Grease the top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in a cool place for a while to soak.
