Lenten salad of fresh champignons with bell peppers

STEP 1

How to make a lean salad from fresh champignons with bell peppers? Very simple. Wash the champignons and peppers well.
STEP 2

Trim the stems of the champignons and cut the caps if they are large.
STEP 3

Wash the pepper, peel it and cut it into half rings or quarters. If you take multi-colored bell peppers, the salad will turn out very beautiful and colorful.
STEP 4

I have blue onions, you can use regular ones.
STEP 5

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Mix everything.
STEP 6

The spices include: powdered onion, powdered garlic, paprika, salt, dry dill, red hot pepper, oregano, a mixture of Italian herbs, mushroom soy sauce (you can use regular one). Mix vegetable oil with vinegar (2:1), pour over the salad, leave to marinate for an hour, stirring from time to time.
