excellent dish. simple and very fast. It cooks well in a thick-bottomed container (you pour everything inside, close the lid and forget about cooking). and then I open it, add corn and green peas (more) for brightness and beauty (I just love it) and eat it on both cheeks. It’s also good to use long-grain, steamed rice for the recipe. or golden.

I love mushrooms in any form. I read the recipe and decided to make it. Since spring I have been pickling oyster mushrooms for preparing salads and various dishes. The dish is prepared quickly. I took steamed rice from instant packets. At lunch I surprised my family with a new recipe. For more satiety, you can add white chicken meat, or boiled, or fry with mushrooms.

I often cook this dish for Lent, only without butter, I really like rice with mushrooms, the taste is so pleasant and the dish is filling and high in calories, an excellent recipe!
