A stunning pie with an incredibly aromatic filling. Somehow, I fell deeply in love with lemon pie, this recipe is why I practice it more or less regularly. I had time to practice with different proportions of ingredients, including lemon. Whether your own lemon pie will be sweet-sour or bitter depends on how you approach it.
