  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a layered salad with crab sticks? Prepare your food. Crab sticks, if they were frozen, defrost first. Boil the eggs. Any hard or semi-hard cheese will do. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes. You can take either a large tomato or several small cherry tomatoes.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Clean the sticks. The film in which each crab stick is wrapped is sometimes difficult to remove. To make the process easier, hold the chopsticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds. Cut the sticks into small cubes. I will assemble the salad in a cooking ring, but you can make it without it, just laying out the ingredients in layers. Place the ring on a plate. Place the sticks in the first layer and compact them with a spoon. Apply a mesh of mayonnaise on top.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the boiled eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Lay them out in a second layer. Also apply mayonnaise mesh on top. To make this more convenient, transfer the mayonnaise into a tight bag, pastry bag or regular bag and cut off the tip.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into small cubes. Lay them out in the next layer. Mayonnaise is no longer needed here.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place it in the top layer. Press down the cheese with a spoon. Also apply mayonnaise mesh on top. Place the salad in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool slightly.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Remove the lettuce from the ring (if you used one) and decorate as desired. Serve to the table. Bon appetit!

With the onset of cold weather, I crave hearty salads more and more). Today I prepared one of them - layered salad with crab sticks. Our whole family loves crab sticks, so I try to buy chilled rather than frozen. They are much tastier, especially for salad. I cut the sticks lengthwise into 4 parts, and then into small pieces. My tomato is yellow, sweet, I cut it into small pieces. I put the mayonnaise into a bag and applied it with a mesh. I decided not to grease the top cheese layer so that it would remain “fluffy.” After a couple of hours of soaking, I served the salad for lunch. It is very tasty and juicy! All ingredients combine perfectly and complement each other. Thanks for the recipe!

The salad is good. It looks like a mimosa, but instead of canned food there are crab sticks. The quantity of ingredients was too much for us. Yes, everyone has their own taste.

Great and light salad! And most importantly, it’s filling, unlike its “brother”, the usual salad we all know :) I recommend it!

A very interesting recipe, I have never combined crab sticks and tomatoes. I usually cook crab with corn and fresh cucumbers, it turns out delicious. Now I'll try your recipe.

Indeed, I’m used to ordinary crabs where everything is mixed up. I’ll be happy to try the puff one too)

The dish is really, very tasty! I cook it similar, only with corn and croutons. And it doesn't turn out bad either. On holidays he is the first to leave.
