The pie came out beautiful, but somehow hard. The bottom layer, which according to the recipe is baked twice, was very hard. The filling, of course, did not disappoint - apples with cinnamon are always delicious! And in my opinion, shortbread dough is based on butter or margarine, so the dough here is not shortbread. My personal conclusion: based on these products, a pie can be made when you are completely the house is empty, if not, something else, more delicious, is better.
