STEP 1

To prepare this recipe, it is better to use belly meat. Wash a piece of lard and dry it with paper towels. Peel the garlic and cut into strips. Make cuts in the lard and stuff the lard with garlic on all sides.

Prepare the marinade - to do this, mix mustard with salt and lard seasoning in a bowl, mix everything well.
STEP 3

Rub a piece of lard well with the marinade, wrap it in foil and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. After marinating, without unwrapping the piece of lard, place it in the same foil in a baking dish and place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
STEP 4

After the specified time has passed, remove the foil and bake the lard for another 20 minutes. Cool the lard in the oven, put the cooled lard in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut the finished lard and serve. The lard turns out tasty and tender, and looks great in sliced meats on the holiday table.
