Kiwi and banana jam

The exotic approach to making jam has paid off. One of my favorite treats is kiwi and banana jam. In general, I really love these two fruits.

Both kiwi and bananas are our children’s favorite fruits, so this recipe is a hit! Does the color look more like kiwi, or does it look like a banana? Yes, well done to our forum members, they post such useful recipes!

Thank you, Lyusey, just what you need, not poisonous, but gentle, I’ll make some for my granddaughter’s pancakes after Lent.

You can make this kind of jam at any time, buy everything you need and cook a little when you’ve eaten everything, you can repeat it, it’s very convenient!

I prepared this, but didn’t cut it into pieces, and after boiling the fruit a little, I rubbed it in a blender - and it turned out to be an amazing jam. it can be added as a topping to baked goods, ice cream as a sauce, or just with tea! but such jam does not last long at all (or I did not add enough sugar so as not to interrupt the taste of sour kiwi). You can extend the shelf life in the refrigerator.

I made this jam yesterday. For some reason it turned out very liquid. I diluted the gelatin according to the instructions on the package, maybe I should have diluted it in less water?
