Kefir marinade for wings in the oven

STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients for the kefir marinade for chicken wings: kefir, garlic, pepper, salt, poultry seasoning. To obtain a sharper taste of the product, you can add mustard to the ingredients.
STEP 2

We put chicken seasoning in a bowl, you can replace it with any other spices to taste, Italian herbs will do, or, for example, take a pinch of paprika, hot pepper and a little rosemary. Add freshly ground black pepper and salt. The amount of salt should be calculated based on the weight of the chicken wings. Grind the spices with a spoon or pestle.
STEP 3

Peel the garlic cloves from their membranes and finely chop them with a knife or pass them through a press. Place in a bowl with spices and grind everything again with a pestle.
STEP 4

Fill with kefir (it’s better to take thicker kefir, but not necessarily one-day-old, the more acidic the kefir, the more tender and soft the meat will be). And thoroughly mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. You can do this with a fork or a hand whisk, depending on the volume of marinade. For more flavor, you can add chopped fresh parsley. You can immediately move on to marinating the chicken wings.
STEP 5

Place the prepared (washed) chicken wings in a deep bowl and pour in the marinade. Mix them well so that they are completely in the marinade and leave for an hour at room temperature. You can cover the top of the bowl with a plate. After the specified time, the chicken wings can be baked in the oven. Thanks to this marinade, the meat is especially tender and juicy in taste.
