Overall, the cake is quick and easy to prepare; apart from the fact that you need to leave it in the refrigerator for a day, it took about 3 and a half hours to prepare. I beat the whites and yolks separately, according to the author's advice :) The only thing is that in the picture the rolls look completely filled with jelly on top (apparently it was poured in two steps, when it was still frozen on top), but in fact the rolls absorb the jelly and swell. Therefore, when you stack the rolls, do not pay attention to the empty cavities, they will swell and close. I advise lovers of tasty and light food to try it :)
