Jam without cooking ginger lemon honey

Very tasty and incredibly healthy ginger jam.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Ingredients.
STEP 2

Wash the ginger and lemons thoroughly.
STEP 3

Cut the ginger into thin slices until transparent, carefully removing the skin. You can not remove the skin, but simply wash it twice thoroughly.
STEP 4

Cut the lemons into slices and remove the seeds.
STEP 5

Grind the chopped ginger and lemon in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
STEP 6

You should get a homogeneous paste.
STEP 7

Add honey to the resulting mixture and mix thoroughly.
STEP 8

The prepared jam can be stored in jars in the refrigerator.
STEP 9

For therapeutic and preventive purposes, it is recommended to take a teaspoon in the morning before meals. But you can also use it as a dessert with tea or coffee.

This culinary recipe is more like jam, rather than jam. I’ve simply never come across a jam recipe without using sugar and without cooking. But in order to try it, I’ll add it to my cookbook. By the way, I think if you add not just honey, but with some useful additives, this will be an additional advantage.
