A very quick recipe for delicious pickled cabbage. I’ll say right away that this culinary recipe was once presented to me by my mother-in-law. One day, as always, she was preparing the table for breaking fast. When I saw the dish, I winced - this food had become a little boring during the fast. And the mother-in-law, noticing this imperceptible movement, said - eat, you won’t regret it. I tried it and agreed with her – delicious! It was quick-cooking pickled cabbage. Of course I didn't leave without a prescription!

While looking through recipes with cabbage, I found an interesting way to prepare it. I had half a small fork of cabbage. I didn't cut it very thin. I chopped the onion into half rings. I took the bell pepper frozen; it perfectly reveals its taste and juiciness in salads. For filling, at first I thought that they forgot to indicate water) But it turns out that it is not needed here. Combined everything in a ladle and brought to a boil. Then I quickly poured in the cabbage, added homemade mustard and stirred. I compacted the salad with a spoon and closed the lid. This was at lunchtime; I put the bowl in the refrigerator overnight. And in the morning, delicious and vitamin-rich cabbage with instant mustard was ready, but it had settled a little in volume. The taste is good with vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar), as well as sweetness and spiciness. I would say that this is a salad with a bright, interesting taste) We really liked it, it goes well with neutral potatoes.

Well, finally, I successfully came across a recipe for really QUICK pickled cabbage with bell pepper, just like I wanted, the recipe is just super. Fast, tasty and very appetizing, minimal costs for preparation and ingredients, I advise everyone to try it. Salad for the winter, just what you need, everyone will be happy.
