STEP 1
How to make horns with minced meat? Prepare your food. Choose pasta from durum wheat; it doesn’t get overcooked and is much tastier and healthier. You can use minced meat either ready-made, purchased, or made at home. Minced meat can be made from any meat - beef, pork, chicken, turkey. I have beef. Wash the onion and carrots, peel and finely chop.
STEP 2
First of all, put a large saucepan on the fire to cook the pasta. At the same time, put the frying pan on to heat up. In this case, the pasta and minced meat will be ready at the same time. Pour oil into the pan, add chopped onions and carrots. Fry the vegetables over low heat for 5 minutes. Don't forget to stir them. Add salt to boiling water and pour over the horns.
STEP 3
Add the minced meat to the pan with the vegetables and continue frying, breaking it up with a spatula. Fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes more.
STEP 4
Wash the tomato and grate it. Instead of tomato, you can use any tomato sauce (I use a horloder). Add grated tomato or sauce to the frying pan with the minced meat. Add salt and spices. Stir and fry the minced meat for a few more minutes.
STEP 5
Meanwhile, the pasta has already been boiled until ready. Their cooking time depends on the manufacturer and type; read the exact instructions on the package. Place them in a colander and let the water drain. Then add the horns to the fried minced meat with vegetables.
STEP 6
Mix well and heat everything together.
STEP 7
Serve the horns with minced meat to the table immediately, hot. Bon appetit!
