Daria! Ilga! I also prepared such a honey miracle. The caretaker clearly appreciated his wife, calling her a honey woman - she really is! She had wonderful honey pies, or rather a recipe. Soft, melts in your mouth, with a delicate honey taste and nuts. By the way, I tried adding nuts other than walnuts, although I’ll definitely do it with them too - I think it will be even tastier with them, although it was ok with peanuts too, it was delicious. Thanks for the recipe!

Honey pie is an excellent alternative to honey cake, you spend so much time with the cake, but here it’s quick and has the same honey taste. At first I was confused by the thin layer of dough in the mold, I thought about preparing some kind of base, I wanted to take a smaller mold. But after about twenty minutes it all rose up, fluffed up and, by the way, did not settle at all, and this was without adding butter. Instead of walnuts, I took peanuts and cut them up a little. Thank you for the quick fluffy pie)
