How long should the nuts be roasted?

To a light uneven brown and white color. Don't overcook. The nuts should crunch pleasantly on your teeth, something like this.

It turns out that everything is so simple! For some reason I thought that cooking kozinaki at home was difficult. There is a lot of honey at home, relatives from the village regularly send it, but no one eats it. Thanks for the idea and recipe.

I tried to cook!!! It’s really very tasty, I’ve already eaten 3 pieces of Butterscotch!!! Where are your photos?! I think you won't mind if I add my own?! I’ll just take it off my camera)))

Was it somewhere in the recipe: cook and eat everything clean?! That's it, we've run out of kozinaki))) Honestly, I made less for the test. Eh, should we repeat something tomorrow? I finished it in about 30 minutes (the nuts were already peeled), plus the kozinaki sat in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The only thing is that I’m not a fan of heating honey, so I melted the sugar and then added the honey to the nuts. Delicious, thank you
