Homemade liver pate

The liver is rich in vitamins, and it also tastes very delicate! The undoubted benefits of chicken liver are combined with an excellent, delicate taste. The very delicate taste and spectacular appearance made this liver pate one of our family’s favorite snacks.

A wonderful recipe, just what kids need, really healthy, quick and tasty. And if you put on top of the sandwiches: a leaf of lettuce or slices of tomatoes, cucumbers or sprinkle with green onions, then this is generally a double benefit.

Galla, this is useful, and not only for children:) And you came up with a good idea with the sandwich! We like it best with pickled cucumbers

I make a similar pate, but I didn’t think of giving it the shape of a sausage. Really very simple and delicious recipe. Also useful for both children and adults

I often make liver pate (I fry the liver and stew it in wine), I want to try a more dietary option, with boiled liver. The presentation is good and convenient.

Masha, thank you! With wine - this is new to me, I’ll have to try it that way))
