Greenery kyukyu is a dish of Azerbaijani cuisine, an easy-to-prepare snack. My whole family, including me, loves this dish. We can buy good greens all year round, except for spinach. When there is enough greenery, you don’t need to add onions.

Vera, what a beautiful name the dish has - “Kyukyu”! I was fascinated by this word, it’s literally French, I love eggs and greens, I make something similar, but without soda, with soda it should turn out more magnificent and more beautiful, I’ll do it one of these days, thank you, I’m pleased!
