Ginger lemonade with apples and lemons
Delicious, fortified, fat-burning homemade lemonade! I love it! I drink it hot in winter and autumn, and cool in spring and summer!
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare ginger lemonade with apples and lemons, we need 4 liters of water, 4 red apples, 2 lemons, honey (preferably linden).
STEP 2
Wash the apples, cut out the tail, make cuts on the peel.
STEP 3
Pour water over apples.
STEP 4
Wash the lemons and remove the zest using a grater.
STEP 5
Peel the ginger.
STEP 6
Cut into thin slices.
STEP 7
Add the zest and ginger to the water with the apples. I used a slow cooker, but you can just use it on the stove and cook for 10 minutes after boiling. If in a multicooker, turn it on to the Baking or Soup mode for 20 minutes.
STEP 8
Meanwhile, squeeze the juice from 2 lemons.
STEP 9
Cool the lemonade.
STEP 10
Pour lemon juice into the cooled and strained broth and add honey to taste.
STEP 11
