STEP 1
To prepare the syrup, put two pans on the stove, fill each with three and a half liters of water and bring to a boil.
STEP 2
Pour seven hundred grams of sugar into each pan of boiling water.
STEP 3
Mix the sugar well in the pans and bring to a boil again.
STEP 4
Place four hundred grams of well-washed bird cherry into three sterilized three-liter jars.
STEP 5
Add a quarter teaspoon of citric acid to each jar.
STEP 6
After removing each pan from the stove, carefully pour the boiled syrup into the jars in a mug to the very top.
STEP 7
We roll up the jars with sterile lids.
STEP 8
We carefully turn the closed jars over and check for leaks, then cover them with a warm blanket or blanket and leave them to cool for a day.
