Place four hundred grams of well-washed bird cherry into three sterilized three-liter jars.
STEP 5

Add a quarter teaspoon of citric acid to each jar.
STEP 6

After removing each pan from the stove, carefully pour the boiled syrup into the jars in a mug to the very top.
STEP 7

We roll up the jars with sterile lids.
STEP 8

We carefully turn the closed jars over and check for leaks, then cover them with a warm blanket or blanket and leave them to cool for a day.
