It's great to have so much to choose from for breakfast! Sour pancakes are tasty and healthy for everyone, both big and small... I cook and take photos, and the photos follow me!

in an hour the dough rose on a hot kettle...(for speed!), and it took about 15 minutes to bake..

Why sour? There don’t seem to be any acidic ingredients in the dough.
