Fish soup in a slow cooker

STEP 1

We will prepare the required number of products according to the list. We will cook soup from mackerel in a slow cooker. We take frozen fish and defrost it. We peel vegetables - potatoes, carrots, onions.
STEP 2

Cut onions and carrots into small cubes.
STEP 3

Cut the potatoes into large cubes.
STEP 4

Place onions, carrots and potatoes in a multicooker bowl, sprinkle with salt and spices, and add a bay leaf.
STEP 5

Add washed millet to the vegetables and mix.
STEP 6

We gut the mackerel, remove the heads and cut into pieces.
STEP 7

Place the fish pieces in the multicooker bowl on top of the vegetables.
STEP 8

Pour water into the multicooker bowl.
STEP 9

Place the filled bowl in the multicooker.
STEP 10

Close the multicooker with a lid and turn on the soup cooking program for 25 minutes.
STEP 11

After the multicooker signals the end of the program, turn the valve on the lid, release steam, then lift the lid from the multicooker and add chopped dill to the soup.
STEP 12

The fish soup is ready in the slow cooker, mix it and pour it into plates.
STEP 13

Serve fish soup cooked in a slow cooker hot for lunch.
