Figured homemade chocolate made from cocoa powder and butter

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let's prepare the products.
STEP 2

Mix sugar with cocoa powder.
STEP 3

Add a spoonful of milk and mix.
STEP 4

Then pour in the rest of the milk and mix.
STEP 5

Place the saucepan in a water bath and stir until completely combined.
STEP 6

This is how a homogeneous mass is obtained.
STEP 7

Reduce heat to low, add butter and stir until all ingredients are completely combined.
STEP 8

Then add flour...
STEP 9

..and mix well again.
STEP 10

Remove from the water bath, add vanilla sugar if desired and stir. You can add chopped nuts if you wish.
STEP 11

Now we will pour our chocolate into molds) You can pour it into one large one - and you will have a chocolate bar)) I made “chocolate cats”)) Lightly grease the mold inside with butter and pour the chocolate.
STEP 12

Now you need to cool the molds in the refrigerator or freezer. I still prefer the freezer. Leave until completely cool.
STEP 13

Well-chilled sweets easily pop out of the molds)))
STEP 14

Treat the kids and yourself with homemade milk chocolate))) Bon appetit!
