  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Prepare all products. This recipe can be prepared with any meat - pork, beef, lamb. I have cooked with all types of meat. I find it tastes best with pork. Take raw bacon and plenty of meat!))) It’s better to take dessert wine. At that time I only had mulled wine. If you don't have dessert, then take regular red and add sugar or maple syrup to it.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Mix all liquid ingredients. Grate the garlic into a fine grater and add to the marinade. If you do not have dessert wine, but wine with sugar, make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved in the wine! Immerse the bacon in the marinade and mix well. If you have meat in pieces, then cut it into slices 5 mm thick. I buy it straight cut. This makes it more convenient and beautiful. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cut off the root part. Separate enoki into florets. Place them in a bowl of salted water. For about 10 minutes. This is done to make the enoki even crispier. After the specified time, place the meat in a colander and let the water drain well.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Now let's start assembling the rolls. Place a plate of meat on the board and put a couple of sprigs of mushrooms as shown in the photo. Wrap the roll slightly diagonally so that only the tops of the mushrooms are visible. Make the remaining rolls.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

In a hot frying pan without oil, fry the rolls on all sides.
