Yes, the dish is amazing!! But on the contrary, I don’t think it’s very good with zucchini... Tomatoes go perfectly with eggplants. When I prepare this dish, I coat each layer - both eggplants and tomatoes - with a mixture of cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. We also like to fry vegetable slices first and then bake them. Well, of course it turns out fattier, higher in calories.... but I don’t care) but it’s delicious!! thanks for the recipe!!
