Dumplings for red borscht with milk

Delicious buns will definitely please your entire family! In my opinion, Ukrainian donuts are an integral part of Ukrainian borscht. And the donuts according to this recipe are especially airy.

Great dish! I like to serve it to my guests from Germany and Poland. The author is great - it’s so simple and easy to describe how and what to cook. It seems to me that young housewives who are just starting to master cooking will appreciate this. In general, an electronic cookbook is a great find for women: it’s so convenient that you don’t have to write anything manually and then look for these notes throughout the apartment... I’ve already brought all my friends here, they’re very happy. Now the problem is “what to cook?” does not exist. And it’s nice to chat on such a site. He's perfect

Oh my God, how delicious they are, my mouth is watering, looking at them, it even seems to me that I can smell their aroma; it’s a pity that I can’t just reach out to the screen and try it.

The donuts are very tasty! I always try to cook them with borscht, I cook them almost the same way, I just don’t add butter, but I think they’ll turn out even tastier with it.

Thank you, Larisa, for the recipe! In my youth, when I lived in Kyiv, sometimes I ordered borscht with pampushki at a restaurant. I’ve long wanted to make homemade donuts to go with my “signature” borscht, but I couldn’t decide on a recipe. Today I chose yours. The pampushki according to this recipe are not exactly the same as the ones I ate in Ukraine. They are much tastier!!! My son liked them so much that he even ate them with coffee. Crispy garlic crust with a tender interior. I made half a batch for testing. Now I regret it, I should have mixed a full portion. Tomorrow I will bake again, because... Today we ate everything. THANK YOU!

Thanks for the recipe. Only I also anointed it with garlic oil.
