So, we start by diluting dry yeast in warmed milk

Now sift the flour through a sieve into a container,

We leave our mixture to ferment for 15-20 minutes.

If there is any flour left, stir it in and add salt.

Mix and knead into an elastic, homogeneous dough that does not stick to your hands. This usually takes about 10 minutes, so don’t waste your time and effort. The quality of your baked goods depends on this.
