Prepare the necessary products.

Peel the bananas and cut into pieces.
STEP 3
Place banana pieces, sugar, vanilla sugar, room temperature butter, chicken eggs, sour cream into the chopper and mix everything well into a homogeneous mass.
STEP 4
Transfer the mixture into a bowl, then add flour and baking powder in parts, stirring with a spatula, knead the dough.
STEP 5
I transfer the finished dough into a culinary bag with a star attachment. On a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat, I place the dough in portions at a distance from each other, forming a flower from each other.
STEP 6
I bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, it all depends on the oven.
STEP 7
I let the finished cookies cool a little, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve them on the table with a cup of tea. Enjoy your tea!!!
