Very tasty pie. I added chopped apples and strawberries to the filling, which made it even juicier. I made the dough for the base layer in five minutes with the filling and put it in the oven for a little less than fifteen minutes, during which time I made the sponge cake. The already prepared version of the pie also languished in the oven for fifteen minutes. This beauty turned out in forty minutes.

The whole family really liked the pie. An unusual combination of shortbread and biscuit dough. My apples are very juicy, you don’t have to grate them. I cut it into slices and added a few plums. I baked it in a springform pan d26 cm. Tasty, beautiful, simple and fast. I will experiment with adding different fruits and berries. The taste will be different - that's the beauty of the recipe.
