Curd pancakes with apples
The kids will definitely love this pancake recipe! Pancakes are made very quickly. I think whoever tries them will do it again and again.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

In a cup, mix paste-like cottage cheese with egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar.
STEP 2

Add vegetable oil, then baking powder, flour. Mix the dough.
STEP 3

Peel the apples and cut them into 1cm pieces.
STEP 4

Add to the dough.
STEP 5

Spoon these pancakes onto a sheet covered with paper or, like mine, a silicone mat. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 6

Sprinkle the finished ones immediately with brown sugar or cool with powdered sugar.
STEP 7
