Curd caramel Easter
It is prepared quickly, the dessert is beautiful and healthy. An excellent dessert for lovers of cottage cheese products. In this recipe I use homemade cottage cheese, approximately 12% fat. The taste is something similar to caramel cheesecake.
And of course, an excellent decoration for the bright holiday of Easter.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Grind the cookies and nuts together into crumbs.
STEP 2

Mix cottage cheese and boiled condensed milk into a homogeneous mass.
STEP 3

Whip the cream into a good stable foam.
STEP 4

Combine with cottage cheese and mix.
STEP 5

Add crumbs of nuts and cookies here. Mix everything carefully again.
STEP 6

Place the finished mixture in a mold, cover with film and put in the refrigerator until the next day.
STEP 7

Decorate the finished curd cake to your taste.
STEP 8

In my opinion, the cookies are unnecessary here. Its crumbs in the cottage cheese will simply get soggy.
