STEP 1
Prepare the dough for our muffins: 1 bowl for wet ingredients, 2 bowls for dry ingredients. 1 bowl: mix milk, butter, egg and lemon juice - mix well 2 bowl: mix flour, baking powder, sugar - mix well Next, add the dry mixture to the wet, carefully mix, small lumps are not a big deal, don’t get carried away with mixing so that the muffins don’t turn out too hard.
STEP 2
Place the dough in baking molds, 1 tbsp, then 1/2 tsp of jam (I like cherry jam the most), then 1/2 tbsp of dough, and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees
STEP 3
After cooking, sprinkle with powdered sugar! The cupcakes turn out beautiful with a dome and very tasty! Bon appetit!
