Amazing spring cupcake! I am overwhelmed with emotions about this recipe, everything is only positive: the most delicate curd dough goes so well with sunny, truly spring dried apricots that this bliss is simply impossible to put into words! and I also decorated the top with fresh berries, and all this together - just GREAT!!!
