Crumbled buckwheat porridge with mushrooms

This is a very tasty and simple recipe for a hearty breakfast, or even lunch! Friable buckwheat porridge is the undisputed leader in dietary and therapeutic nutrition. Buckwheat promotes hematopoiesis, because everyone knows that it contains a lot of iron, vitamins and microelements. And when cooked with mushrooms, buckwheat porridge turns from just porridge into an original dish. I can share the recipe for this wonderfully delicious dish. Without salt, the recipe is suitable for a moderate buckwheat diet!

I wanted something lean and at the same time delicious. I decided to cook buckwheat with dried mushrooms, the buckwheat came out fluffy, crumbly, the mushrooms gave it an incredible taste! And what an aroma floated through the kitchen! It seems to look at the appearance of the dish, so-so, it deserves a C grade, but the taste is definitely a five plus, just a delicacy!!!
