Corn cob salad with chicken

Your favorite corn salad will sparkle with new colors! In the form of a corn cob, you can decorate any salad that is prepared with corn, or to which you can add this corn. It is not necessary to lay out the salad in layers, if you don’t have much time, just mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise, place it on a cob-shaped plate and top it with corn (only this method is suitable if you serve it right away). Apart from decorating the salad with corn, it can be prepared in a matter of minutes. Regarding the decoration with corn, for the photo I laid it out almost one grain at a time, it’s very tedious, so I advise you to just sprinkle the corn on top and smooth it out well, it won’t turn out so neatly, but it won’t affect the taste, but if you still want it beautiful , then invite the whole family to decorate, then the process will go faster and obviously more fun. A masterpiece for sure! The design alone is worth it! And the composition is a separate matter. Well, everything in the salad complements each other and again, my salad, I feel free to add it to the separate nutrition folder! I’ll actually replace the mayonnaise with something light (but this is purely for myself), and for the children I always have homemade mayonnaise from Farmer in the refrigerator.
