Corn cob salad with chicken

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Ingredients. To make the salad preparation take a minimum of time, the day before I baked a chicken breast (I needed 1 fillet for the salad) and boiled the eggs. If desired, you can simply boil the chicken fillet in water.
STEP 2
Layer 1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, place it on a plate and form a loaf of corn. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
STEP 3
Layer 2. Rub the eggs on a fine grater and place the fillet on top. Cover with mayonnaise.
STEP 4
Layer 3. Onion, cut into small cubes and place on top; because of the layer of mayonnaise, the onion is almost invisible, but it is there :) If necessary, cover with mayonnaise.
STEP 5
Layer 4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and place it on top, making the surface slightly convex. Cover with mayonnaise.
STEP 6
Layer 5. Now comes the fun part. We lay out a layer of corn, it is best if the corn grains are large, then the process will be much faster.
STEP 7
Decorate the salad with green onions. To do this, cut the feather lengthwise on one side and place it on top of the corn on the salad, attaching it to the mayonnaise. Our salad is ready. Can be served. Bon appetit!
