Chocolate sour cream dessert with gelatin

STEP 1

Prepare all the ingredients needed to prepare the dessert. You can use sour cream of any fat content, but the lower the fat content of the sour cream, the fluffier the dessert will be. You can also add chocolate according to your taste. I love dark chocolate in dessert, but those with a sweet tooth can add dark or milk chocolate. Instead of gelatin, you can use agar-agar, then it is better to boil the milk for several minutes.
STEP 2

Dissolve gelatin in milk and leave to swell for 10 minutes. Beat the mixture with sugar at medium speed for 5-7 minutes until bubbles appear.
STEP 3

Add cocoa, beat well again. Place the gelatin soaked in milk on the stove over very low heat and heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin crystals dissolve. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the sour cream mixture and mix well again.
STEP 4

Break the chocolate into small pieces, pour into sour cream and mix with a spoon. Line the mold with cling film and pour the future dessert into it. Place in the refrigerator for 5 hours, preferably overnight.
STEP 5

After the specified time has passed, turn the dessert onto a plate, remove the mold, cling film and decorate as desired.
