the recipe is very strange. The dough turns out heavy, not sponge-like (maybe it’s better to first beat the whites to stiff peaks, then add the yolks? Well, or add baking powder to the recipe), but tasty. Next time I'll try it with baking powder, because... It's not fluffy and looks more like a pie...
