I bought a set of chicken backs and tried in vain to find a recipe for their preparation and wondered if it was possible to use the recipe for preparing other chicken parts in my case. I liked your recipe. I looked and it seemed like there was nothing complicated and it should be delicious. And I was not mistaken in my choice! Indeed, the chicken turned out to be very tasty - tender, juicy, sour, spicy, and even a sweetish taste was present. We ate it with potatoes as a side dish. Of course, you shouldn’t put the backs on the holiday table, but at the dinner table in a narrow family circle there was very little and everything went off with a bang!

We recently cooked the same thing, but we made a marinade from the same products, but we really added a tablespoon of ready-made mustard to it and instead of lemon, an orange (the juice was squeezed out) and fried in olive oil over low heat - the idea of ​​​​preparing wings this way is wonderful!
