Soft and flavorful chicken meat! Chicken stewed in a pan with the addition of sour cream and vegetables turns out very tasty and tender. You can add different spices for flavor. Peppercorns can be replaced with a ground version. The meat will be more flavorful if it is pre-fried until golden brown. This chicken goes well with boiled horns, potatoes or rice.
