Shura, the pork turned out to be very tender because I marinated it. And I put melted cheese on top along with the cheese. I still have buckwheat and today I put cutlets on it and put it back in the oven with cheese. And in the photo there are delicious tomatoes, only large ones, I divided them and cut them into half rings. And on the right, such greens are called dandur (purslane). I put it in boiling water for a minute, put it on a sieve, season with garlic, vinegar and fresh herbs. Tasty and convenient as a snack for meat.
