Every time you want to cook something new, change the cooking process a little and get new qualities of the dish. So here I had to use my imagination and what to do, but it turned out to be a delicious chicken. Poultry dishes have been known to people since ancient times; game and poultry were often served on the table. Chicken cooked in the oven is one of the most delicious and simple dishes. Shura, how delicious, I have something to prepare just for tomorrow. Only I have pork, I have already marinated it so that it is juicy, I think it will be delicious with buckwheat. Thanks for the recipe.

Cheers, girls! I always try to prepare small portions so that I can have it for dinner and take it with me to work for lunch, and the next day I prepare a fresh dish - something different, today I have a red cabbage salad (now I’ll put it in recipes) and soup with meatballs.

Oh, what a clever girl))) Very tasty, the pork is even more so - juicy, aromatic, with onions - just a fairy tale! And today I have chicken meatballs with stewed cabbage and beets.

Anait, your tomatoes are meaty, it’s obvious they’re sweet, right? What's the long one on the right side of the plate?

Shura, the pork turned out to be very tender because I marinated it. And I put melted cheese on top along with the cheese. I still have buckwheat and today I put cutlets on it and put it back in the oven with cheese. And in the photo there are delicious tomatoes, only large ones, I divided them and cut them into half rings. And on the right, such greens are called dandur (purslane). I put it in boiling water for a minute, put it on a sieve, season with garlic, vinegar and fresh herbs. Tasty and convenient as a snack for meat. Thank you Shura, you give ideas for new dishes every day.
