Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, a pinch of salt. Remove the skin from the apple, remove the middle and cut into cubes. Pour the apples into the cottage cheese, mix, add flour and mix.
STEP 2

With wet hands, form cottage cheese into balls and roll them in flour.
STEP 3

Fry in a frying pan on one side over medium heat (preheat the frying pan with oil), and when we turn it over, reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
STEP 4

I serve it with sour cream to my little ones)))))
STEP 5
