  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

In another container, mix together all our dry ingredients - flour, starch, semolina, baking powder.

  5. STEP 5

A wonderful recipe and even in a slow cooker. nothing will burn and everything will bake perfectly. I prefer any apples that are sweet and soft. If you don’t have semolina in the house, you can get by with just flour. If you haven’t bought starch, make it at home, grate raw potatoes, fill with water, let the starch settle to the bottom, drain the water, collect and dry the starch. You can also make powdered sugar at home, grind the sugar in a coffee grinder and that’s it. If you don’t have a coffee grinder, you can take a bottle or rolling pin and roll out the sugar on a piece of paper until it becomes powdery, although this takes a long time. and the recipe is wonderful. Bon Appetit everyone.

I've never baked charlotte! Something is not very good with all baked goods... Either it wasn’t baked or it burned! I liked your recipe, the main thing is that it’s not difficult, and it will work in a slow cooker... I’ll definitely try it this weekend
