I prepared champignons according to this recipe for the holiday table. The marinade has an interesting composition; I usually marinate it simply in mayonnaise. The mushrooms turned out mega juicy! Thanks to the marinade, the champignons taste slightly spicy, with a hint of lemon, and spicy. I baked it a little longer than in the recipe. All the guests loved the mushrooms! They are beautiful, fragrant, spectacular and tasty. A great appetizer for any table!
