Caramel-cream sauce for cakes, desserts, pancakes
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Our products.
STEP 2
Making caramel from sugar. Pour sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Place on low heat. We are waiting for the sugar to begin to caramelize. Don't leave! There is no need to interfere either. Just hold the saucepan by the handle and rock it from side to side. And do not overcook so that the caramel does not burn.
STEP 3
This is what the finished caramel looks like.
STEP 4
Now it's very important! We need to pour cream into the boiling caramel. Attention! The cream must be hot, because if it is cold, the sugar will instantly harden. Heat the cream, but do not boil! And pour in very carefully in a thin stream. The caramel will bubble and rise without burning your hands. At this point, you can remove the saucepan from the stove, add cream and mix thoroughly.
STEP 5
Then put it back on low heat, stirring, and cook for a few minutes after boiling. Our delicious caramel cream sauce is ready)
STEP 6
Serve warm with pancakes, pancakes, pies or pour it over ice cream) Very tasty) Bon appetit!
