Another point: the author suggests mixing the crushed cake with sour cream and sugar, but in my opinion, it is much better to mix it with sour cream, this will guarantee that the sugar will dissolve and will not squeak on your teeth. And, in my opinion, there is too much sour cream in the recipe; 250-300 grams was enough for me.
