    Pour boiling water over buckwheat for 30-40 minutes, cover with a lid.

    Fry the minced meat, add diced tomatoes to it.

    Add the contents of half a packet of Maggi Bolognese seasoning to the minced meat with tomatoes. (You can use the whole bag, depending on your taste). Add water and leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
