I really love dishes with beets. They are tasty, healthy and, for the most part, budget-friendly. Usually I just boil or bake beets and serve them sliced. This time I wanted to cook something more interesting. I chose a recipe for beets with tomatoes, carrots, and onions. Grated carrots and beets in a food processor. I did not heat-treat the beets in advance. I just grated the tomatoes and didn’t cut them. The taste of beetroot appetizer is very pleasant and harmonious. I would add more garlic, I think it would go great here. Thanks for the recipe!
