Beef baked in foil with potatoes

When baked in foil, the meat becomes soft, tender and tasty! A dish like the one I’m describing here is traditionally prepared in my family on holidays. It looks like an indispensable basis for the holiday table if there is a question about the need for meat food. Beef in foil in the oven takes first place in my own top holiday meat recipes. We had a wonderful dinner yesterday, very tasty! For all the manipulations: beating, slicing, frying - I spent 55 minutes and 30 minutes baking, in the end I spent 1 hour 25 minutes, but it was worth it! Thanks for the recipe

Thanks for the recipe)) What do you think, what if I don’t fry the beef, but immediately put it in the oven with potatoes and mushrooms? Do you think it will turn out delicious? I rarely use beef; I cook mainly from pork and chicken.
