    There is no recipe as such! It’s all very simple! Cut the dough into squares, cut the zucchini into pucks according to the number of squares of dough. Lightly roll out each square, put the zucchini in the middle and add salt.

    Then we pinch it in a circle, put tomato slices in the middle, sprinkle with salt and herbs.

Another great recipe to try. You will definitely have to try it. Sour cream is a very good lubricant, but I think mayonnaise will work too. I usually make something like a pie on one sheet of puff pastry, but you have to bake the zucchini in advance and then spread it on the base. Your version is portioned and much simpler.
