Baked spicy eggplant without butter with cheese

Amazingly delicious appetizer with cheese and tomatoes! I love eggplants with passion. In the summer I grow them at the dacha, and at other times of the year I always buy them in stores and supermarkets. I know many culinary recipes for preparing this food and now I would like to share one of my favorite recipes, namely the one simply called eggplant baked in the oven.
