Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Basil (in Asia this plant is called Rayhon), rinse under running water, dry and finely chop.
STEP 3

In a three or two liter bottle, dilute sour milk, water and salt to taste.
STEP 4

Add chopped basil to the prepared mixture and mix everything well. Cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator to cool.
STEP 5
